Said is a first year MSc. student in the Molecular Science program at TMU. where he is working on a research project that involves developing PDMS microfluidic devices for single cell diagnostics.

Prior to this, he obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Pharmaceutical Sciences from Minia University and went on to work as a pharmacist for several years. However, he eventually decided to switch to a new career path and followed his passion for Molecular Science by completing an advanced diploma in Biotechnology at Seneca College in Toronto.

When he is not working on his research, Said enjoys spending time outdoors in all types of weather and trying out the various culinary delights that Toronto has to offer.
